FINDING A WAY TO MEET TEENS AND YOUNG TRANSITORY MALES WHERE THEY ARE

Gentlemen Empowering Young Men flyer

There’s a severe shortage of mentors in our marginalized communities for young black and brown boys and teens who are caught in the crossfire of gangs, drug dealers, pedophiles, and human traffickers.

Transitory males between the ages of 19-26, who because of bad decisions made in their early teen years are now felons, homeless, unemployable, uneducated, hopeless, angry, suicidal, and desperately in need of mental, emotional, and spiritual support.

Mentors are needed now!

Thanks to a rapidly growing app called Clubhouse available for use with the iPhone and soon to be available with the Android phones, A Will and Way, Inc., is meeting some of these young men where they are and are recruiting men of integrity to serve their needs as mentors. The founding members of this team are all residents of different cities and states. This is just a small representation of the mentors and mentees coming together to restore lives and rebuild families.

Some services to be provided include:

    • Mentor-Mentee Matching
    • Career Development
    • Mental & Emotional Counseling
    • Spiritual Gift Discovery
    • Parenting Support Groups
    • Tutoring
    • Creative Arts, Reentry Assistance
    • Leadership Development
