An inspiring workshop on mindful living, you will learn practices that will help you bring clarity to your mind body and spirit to become more accepting of your authentic self and to live with intention and integrity.
You will learn the practices needed to clear away the emotional and physical clutter that has been keeping you hostage. With daily practice a more focused calm and resilient self will emerge.
