not all holidays are merry . . .

The Holidays can be a very stressful time for many and it is also the season when Domestic Violence seems to rise to its peak. Domestic Violence is not simply about a man abusing (mentally, physically, emotional or financially) a woman, it happens both ways, it also happens among children, teens & adults of all ages, cultural, religious or sexual origins. Poverty is one of the major causes of domestic violence, when some one withholds the most basic essentials from another person; that's abuse and it perpetrated by a family member, lover, employer or the government.

Become aware of the signs of Domestic Violence and mind your own behavior while keeping yourself safe. Emotional Abuse can be worse than physical abuse in some instances, Pray for strength to walk away and not look back, especially when there are children involved. Break the cycle.

Emotional abuse can take many forms - neglect, verbal criticism, dishonesty, betrayal, manipulation, disrespect, repetitive patterns of negativity, or cruelty. If you are involved in any relationship, whether romantic, parental, familial, or career, that is defined or overshadowed by any of these things, it is absolutely crucial that you take the time to really understand and reckon with the devastating cost to your body and soul that adds up when you sustain these types of relationship dynamics. By the end of this course you will find the wisdom to shift the dysfunctional relationships you're in, or the courage to step away from them altogether.

Throughout an 8 week  course, you will be guided through a reclamation of deep inner knowing and personal power.
